Knows who wrote
Messages from banks, gas suppliers and delivery companies are labelled with the company name and logo instead of a code like JX-BPCLIN-S.
Warns about fraud
Messages that look like a scam are marked, in plain words. A warning is not a verdict โ but it is a reason to stop and think.

What Barta does with your messages
Nothing. They are read on your phone and shown to you. They are never uploaded, copied or sent anywhere โ there is no server to send them to.
The app shows a banner advertisement on the message list, supplied by Google AdMob. It never appears on the one-time-code screen or inside a conversation, and it cannot read your messages.
